Product Engineering Manager
Location: Location: Terre Haute, Indiana
Salary: Salary: $120,000 to $140,000
Requirements:
- Seeking a Mechanical Engineer Manager, Supervisor or Leader with experience in design and development of multi component parts for a finish product.
- Good material science knowledge in steels, castings, plastics an elastomer.
- Should have knowledge in some or all of the following:
- ASME Standards
- Finite Element Analysis
- 3D design packages
- Lean Methodologies
- Supervision of Engineers
Duties:
- The Engineering Manager will provide leadership to engineers and design personnel for support of existing products and development of new products.
- Will work closely with business line managers, sourcing, operations, finance, marketing and customer service teams.

Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Location: Clarksville, TN
Salary: Salary: $150,000 - $165,000
Requirements:

- BS in Engineering
- Engineering Management or Engineering Leadership
- Continuous Improvement initiatives and plant performance metrics
- Leading engineering groups in process design, process improvements and equipment development.
- Function as a Project Manager in leading cross-functional teams on major items related to growth and innovation.
Duties:
This person in this role is responsible to lead and ensure success of the plant manufacturing engineering team as they fulfill their duties developing and improving existing processes. The engineering manager is also in charge of key projects, managing budgets and supporting with technical knowledge to ensure good quality product for customers.
- As part of the Plant Leadership Team, contribute to the success of the 5S + Safety program and continuous improvement initiatives, while achieving quality targets, plant performance metrics and engaging with employees.
- Lead the engineering group in process design, process improvement and equipment development.
- Monitor and ensure project completion timelines and timely response to solve manufacturing process issues
- Manage team priorities to provide balance of daily operations support, improvement projects and robust formal problem-solving activities.
- Lead and guide project teams to be focused on process capability improvements, scrap reduction, cost reduction and downtime reduction.
- Function as a project manager and lead a cross-functional team for major items related to growth and innovation.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Clarksville, TN
Salary: Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Requirements:
Should have some or all of the following:
- BS Engineering or equivalent
- Extrusion experience or experience with hydraulic presses and metal forming equipment.
- New Product Introduction
- AQP (Advance Qualification Program)
- Manufacturing maintenance support
- Design or manage the design of new machines and tooling
- Working with R&D teams and outside vendors
- FMEA's / Flow diagrams / Operator instructions
Duties:
Applies appropriate engineering and manufacturing technology to develop / improve existing processes in the area of quality, productivity, and cost reduction. The engineer serves as a value stream leader, project leader on major plant expenditures, new equipment purchases and process improvements within the company.
- Applies basic engineering principles and analyses to improve processes or solve manufacturing problems by reducing cost, improving quality, and/or capability.
- Designs manufacturing processes that meet customer product, delivery, and cost requirements. Designs or manages the design of new machines and tooling. Manages or participates as a key AQP Team Member in the concept to delivery cycle -- Design, analyze, budget, prototypes and samples, purchase and build equipment, machine acceptance, train, implement and improve.
- Identifies, establishes, and manages development programs that bring new ideas and technologies to practical application in production. This will include working with members of our R & D team as well as with outside organizations.
