Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 plus 12% yearly bonus

Requirements:

• You will support the new manufacturing group for cold plates production for advanced electronics and data center cooling.
• Process Engineering knowledge in some or all of the following:
• Aluminum fabrication to include extrusion, welding, brazing, tube bending, CNC machining and pressing.
• Capable to interface to customers, suppliers and all manufacturing groups.
• If process engineering knowledge in the above is outside of aluminum you will be considered.

Duties:

• This is a new position reporting to the Plant Manager and the key Engineer to support new production of cool plates used for cooling data centers.
• You will take from prototype build to repeatable low volume production.
• Interface to customers, suppliers and all of the manufacturing group.
• This position offers advancement to a Operations Manager position.

Location: Rockford, IL

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with one or more of the following sensing technologies:
• Variable Reluctance (VR) sensors
• Hall-effect sensors
• Mangetoresistive (MR) sensors
• Rotary position sensors
• Linear position sensor
• Understanding of electromagnetic and magnetic circuit design principles.
• This is not a designer role. The individual will be responsible for the product from concept through production launch.
• Must know automotive product development processes.
• APQP/DFMEA/PPAP etc.

Duties:

• The Sensor Development Engineer is responsible for leading the development of speed and position sensing products from concept through production launch.
• Serves as the technical leader for assigned programs, translating customer requirements into robust sensing solutions through the integration of magnetic design, sensor electronics, materials, mechanical packaging, validation, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective products that meet performance, quality, timing, and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Control Engineer with a B.S. Technical, Quality, Manufacturing or related degree.
• Should have knowledge in all or most of the following:
• IATF 16949
• GD&T
• CMM
• Customer Contact
• PPAP
• Control plans and PMFEA

Duties:

• Reporting to the Director of Quality will be the Key Quality Engineer for the company ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, Customer requirements and internal standards while partnering closely with engineering, production and customers.
• Lead or support investigation and resolution of customer complaints, including root cause analysis.

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

Requirements:

• Ability to operate, set up and maintain a CNC machine.
• Ability to handle one-off jobs as well as set-up and prove-out production jobs.
• Interpret blue prints, sketches and engineering specifications.
• Familiarity with G and M codes.
• Special Note:
• This is a day shift position Monday - Thursday.

• Machine component parts by operating, setting up computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
• Maintain quality, safety standards, record keeping and maintaining equipment.
