Experience as an Engineering Manager for high volume automotive small components manufacturing.
Should have supervised various engineering disciplines and supported product launch.
Strong project management skills required
Experience with automotive electrical devices is very helpful.
Bachelor of Science is required
Duties:
Will lead, guide and direct the engineering support organization responsible for product launch, process engineering, industrial engineering, test engineering, controls engineering and configuration management / documentation control.
Will act as the liaison with design / development in Detroit and manufacturing operation local.

Warehouse

Create plans to meet monthly shipment goals
Will manage total logistics to include import administration and global transportation.
Develop a production plan that supports the budget.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Requirements:
Seeking a Senior level Automation / Controls Engineer to support a plant expansion.
Background with Allen Bradley PLC's, Automax Controls Systems and reliance drives and motors desired.
Will accept other automation backgrounds.
Additional experience with software, sensors actuators etc. is very helpful.
BS degree is required
Duties:
Will be the Senior Automation Engineer in optimization and implementation of various automated systems to support plant expansion.
Use your knowledge of controls, drives, motors, software systems, power distribution and mentor of Junior Engineers.
Will be responsible for total upgrade of systems and project leadership.
